Thomas brings over six years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families through challenges like relational conflict, executive functioning issues, anxiety, and neurodivergence. He is passionate about integrating a strong Gospel foundation with proven clinical tools to help you move closer to your purpose. Feeling inspired to serve people since his early adolescent years, Thomas sees counseling as a calling and brings both warmth and practical insight to his work, helping you move toward a life that truly flourishes.
Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Thomas earned his Bachelor of University Studies from the University of New Mexico in 2014. After gaining professional experience in the workforce, he pursued his Master’s in Family Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University, graduating in 2021.
Outside of the counseling office, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, their daughter Adelaide, and their baby son Felix. He also enjoys listening to audiobooks on character development, exploring Harry Potter fan theories, playing basketball, and serving as a vocalist on his church’s worship team. Thomas brings a grounded sense of joy and lightheartedness to life and work, believing that genuine connection often begins with a shared smile.
