Rebekah brings a wealth of experience from her years in education to the field of counseling. Accustomed to working with families of diverse backgrounds, she is passionate about helping individuals, couples, adolescents, and children navigate life’s uncertainties, especially when mental health challenges like trauma, anxiety, and stress that significantly affect relationships.
She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Palm Beach Atlantic University and holds a certification in Play Therapy. This means Rebekah skillfully helps individuals and families grow stronger together through an insightful blend of human development knowledge, collaborative problem solving, creativity, and structure in the counseling process.
Rebekah was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and returned home to Central Florida in 2021 after spending much of her adult life in Wisconsin. She has three grown children. Having walked through seasons of single parenting, divorce, and sanctifying transformation, Rebekah’s expertise and compassion are richly shaped by her lived experience.
